By placing an order with MJLUXE, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All MJLUXE orders are processed and shipped from our designated fulfillment locations. Shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and logistics requirements.

2. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Shipping partners may vary depending on the destination, service availability, and operational efficiency.

MJLUXE reserves the right to select or change shipping partners at its discretion without prior notice.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE.
Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handover to the courier.
During high-demand periods, launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimated and begin once the order has been shipped:

UAE: 1–5 business days
GCC: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond MJLUXE’s control.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level.
Any applicable duties, VAT, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international shipments:

Customs policies vary by country
Delays caused by customs authorities are outside MJLUXE’s control
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations

MJLUXE is not responsible for shipments held, delayed, or returned due to customs issues.

7. TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Monitor shipment tracking
Be available to receive the order
Respond promptly to courier or customs requests

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

If a shipment is delayed or returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
Failure to collect or accept delivery

Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund, or charged separately.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

While MJLUXE works only with reputable shipping partners, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier, to the extent permitted by law.

If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

Notify MJLUXE within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photographic evidence

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

10. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Customers will be notified if this occurs, and tracking details will be provided accordingly.

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination regulations or carrier limitations. MJLUXE reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

MJLUXE shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
