REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

By placing an order with MJLUXE, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Sale, or Clearance
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (including but not limited to undergarments or accessories worn close to the body)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact MJLUXE through our official communication channels within the return window
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

4. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at MJLUXE’s discretion
  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:

  • Notify MJLUXE within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence

Once verified, MJLUXE will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Minor variations in color, fit, or texture do not constitute defects.

6. REFUND APPROVAL & PROCESSING

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 7–14 business days

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred on returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • MJLUXE is not responsible for items lost or delayed during return transit

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused or returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect from courier or customs

Any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

MJLUXE reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Are returned outside the stated return window
  • Do not comply with this policy

This protects the integrity of our brand and ensures fairness to all customers.
