1. BRAND POSITIONING & SCOPE OF SERVICES

MJLUXE offers premium fashion products selected, branded, and quality-checked to meet the aesthetic, design philosophy, and standards of the MJLUXE brand. Our collections may include limited releases, seasonal drops, and evolving product lines.

We reserve the right to refine, expand, or alter our offerings at any time as part of our brand’s natural evolution.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MJLUXE shall not be liable for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

All products are subject to availability. Certain items may be offered in limited quantities or for limited periods. MJLUXE reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENTS (SHOPIFY-ALIGNED)

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

4.2 Taxes & Duties

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their destination country.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed via Shopify-approved third-party payment gateways. MJLUXE does not store or have access to full payment details.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.

5. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
MJLUXE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
In the event of cancellation after payment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with Shopify policies.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

6.1 Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by external factors including customs inspections, courier delays, or force majeure events.

6.2 Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

MJLUXE is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (SHOPIFY-COMPLIANT)

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

General conditions:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Items marked as sale, promotional, or clearance may be non-returnable.
Hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method within Shopify’s standard processing timelines.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND ASSETS

All intellectual property associated with MJLUXE, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, product imagery, website content, and brand materials, remains the exclusive property of MJLUXE or its licensors.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
Attempt to compromise website security
Misuse brand assets or impersonate MJLUXE
Introduce malware or harmful code

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, MJLUXE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJLUXE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

MJLUXE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJLUXE, its owners, directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your use of MJLUXE is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable UAE data protection regulations and Shopify requirements.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

MJLUXE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
